Disclaimer & Legal Information

Ethereum Priority Support

Effective Date: 1 July 2016

1. General Disclaimer

The information provided by Ethereum Priority Support is for technical guidance and informational purposes only. While we aim for accuracy in all blockchain assessments, the decentralized and irreversible nature of the Ethereum network means that technical findings are subject to network conditions at the time of inquiry.

2. An Independent Ethereum Support Service

Ethereum Priority Support operates as an independent technical resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Ethereum Foundation, ConsenSys, or any specific core development team of the Ethereum network. Our oversight is provided as a third-party audit and monitoring service for corporate participants.

3. Transaction Monitoring Limitations

Transaction Confirmations

Our systems monitor the status of transactions as reported by multiple independent Ethereum nodes. However, finality is determined by the network protocol.

Pending Transactions

Forensic identification of transactions in the mempool is provided as a tracking service. We cannot influence the speed or priority of network validation beyond technical fee assessments.

Failed Transactions

In instances of transaction failure or revert, our reporting details the technical cause (e.g., out of gas, execution reverted). This reporting does not constitutes a reversal of the event.

4. Network Fees and Gas Costs

Confirmed Transactions

Verified network fees (gas) paid to the Ethereum network are non-refundable and are not collected by Ethereum Priority Support.

Network Fees

Fluctuations in network congestion may impact fee estimates provided during forensic analysis.

5. Address Verification Protocols

Wallet Address Identification

Mapping of wallet addresses is restricted to public ledger data and voluntarily submitted corporate documentation. We do not provide private identity deanonymization beyond established forensic links.

Transaction Relationships

Identification of related wallet clusters is based on heuristic analysis and cannot guarantee absolute legal certainty without corresponding law enforcement subpoenas.

6. Professional Use Only

Our services are designed for businesses, institutional treasuries, and professional entities. We do not offer retail-level consumer support or advice for individual personal wallet management.

7. Information Integrity

Completeness of Information

While every effort is made to provide comprehensive blockchain oversight, we are not responsible for information that is omitted, obscured by technical obfuscation, or otherwise unrecoverable via standard forensic node queries.

Interpretation of Findings

Results provided in forensic reports represent our technical interpretation of ledger events. Partners should conduct their own independent legal and accounting reviews.

8. Forensic Recovery disclaimer

No Guaranteed Recovery

In cases of asset tracing or lost fund investigations, Ethereum Priority Support provides technical visibility only. We do not guarantee the recovery of digital assets, as successful reclamation often requires the cooperation of third-party platforms (exchanges) or legal authorities.

9. Anti-Fraud & Verification

Verification Requirements

Ethereum Priority Support performs manual due diligence on all institutional enquiries. We reserve the right to refuse assistance if corporate documentation is insufficient or if the inquiry raises red flags for illicit activity.

10. Manual Case Assessment

Assessment and Acceptance

Submission of an inquiry via verifications@ethereum-priority.org does not constitute an agreement for service. Our team must manually evaluate the technical feasibility of each investigation before providing official acceptance.

No Automatic Entitlement

Status as a corporate entity does not automatically entitle an organization to forensic priority if the technical data is outside of our expert scope.

11. Data Security & Sensitive Info

Sensitive Information

Ethereum Priority Support never requires and will never ask for your wallet private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery phrases, passwords, or authentication codes. Do not submit this information to any member of our team or via any support channel. We are not liable for any losses resulting from a partner’s disclosure of private credentials to third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethereum Priority Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our technical auditing services, ledger tracing, or forensic reporting.

13. External Links Disclaimer

Our reports may contain links to independent block explorers (e.g., Etherscan) or external protocol documentation. We do not control or endorse the content or security of these third-party platforms.

14. Changes to terms

Ethereum Priority Support reserves the right to modify these technical disclaimers at any time to reflect updates in blockchain forensics or network protocols. Partners will be notified of significant institutional shifts.

15. Compliance with Local Laws

Organizations interacting with our forensic services are responsible for ensuring that their request complies with their own local jurisdiction’s laws regarding cryptocurrency reporting and digital asset management.
